Telescoping Trekking Poles — Lightweight Anti-Shock Hiking Sticks
Product description
Compact travel-ready design: These poles telescope from 25.6" (65 cm) up to 51.2" (130 cm) and can be taken apart to 21.46" (54.5 cm). When split into three segments they lie diagonally in most suitcases with a 22"+ interior—air travelers should verify luggage length for compliance. Hikers who carry external gear can secure the poles to pack loops or straps for hands-free transport.
Featherlight but rugged: Each pole weighs roughly 9.92 oz (282 g), comparable to a small beverage can, keeping load down without sacrificing support. Constructed from high-strength aluminum alloy, the shafts resist impact and fatigue while providing dependable performance. The adjustable length range suits men, women, teens and older users and the poles come in multiple color options.
Fast twist-lock height setting: A refined, glove-friendly twist-lock mechanism lets you change pole height in seconds. The low-profile design avoids bulky levers or protruding parts and tightens with a simple turn, making adjustments easy even with gloves or in cold weather.
Comfort and all-terrain accessories: Ergonomic, non-slip rubber grips give a secure, natural hold. Each set includes a full accessory kit—rubber tips, walking caps, mud baskets and snow baskets—so the poles adapt to wet, muddy, snowy or hard-packed surfaces. An integrated shock-absorbing spring reduces trail impact to enhance comfort and stability.
Built for year-round use: The aluminum construction stands up to rocky trails, cold conditions and regular use. These poles are suited for walking, hiking, trekking, fitness walks and backpacking, offering dependable support season after season.

Ideal for day hikes, travel, and everyday walking, though fit of the grip may not suit every hand.

Stylish, comfortable, and well-marked
Attractive and sturdy, yet very lightweight. The grips are comfortable for my medium-sized hands, straps are thin but strong, and the adjustment markings are easy to read. Not clunky at all.

Solid, well-made and nicely finished; they feel high quality at an affordable price. Reminds me of older, reliable brands I’ve used for decades—very impressed.

Perfect cane alternative
I’ve become unsteady walking and didn’t want a cane. Using one pole at a time gives me confidence and helps me stand upright. This is just what I needed.

Super adjustable and kid-friendly
I love how adjustable these are — they actually change at two points so you can fine-tune the height. They collapse small enough for my 6-year-old to use and have been sturdy and simple to operate every time.

Great for varied terrain with swap-in tips
I started hiking and needed poles that work on different surfaces. The interchangeable tips are perfect depending on the ground, and the adjustable length is very convenient. My go-to poles still perform well.

Prompt, helpful customer support
The poles arrived as described, but the carrying bag had a seam hole. I contacted the company and they quickly sent a replacement bag and even surprise replacement tips. Excellent service.

Dependable poles I've kept buying for years
I’ve used these Nordic trekking poles for many years and have bought about ten pairs to give to friends. They’ve held up on rugged trails, winter camps, flat western paths and sandy Florida woods. I hike a lot each month and rely on poles for stability, joint relief and even as a safety tool. The colors and grips stay in good shape over time.

Excellent poles but handle too narrow for me
The poles themselves seemed well made, but the grip was too small for my medium hands. The lower part pressed into the pinky side of my fist and caused rubbing quickly, so I returned them because long hikes would have been uncomfortable.

Good value for a first pole
My first set of poles and they feel like a solid bargain. Used twice so far—light, easy to use—and I’m happy with the purchase, though long-term durability is yet to be seen.
