Product description

What’s included: one 8-inch needle-nose plier with integrated wire cutter and large soft grip handle.

Construction and materials: forged from chrome vanadium (CR-V) steel and processed through five advanced strengthening steps to improve toughness and longevity. The jaws undergo heat treatment to reach 40–48 HRC, with high-frequency treatment reaching 55–65 HRC for enhanced edge retention and cutting performance.

Design details: manufactured to an A4 clamping standard to ensure consistent jaw pressure. A small clearance is intentionally left at the jaw tip to reduce binding and extend the tool’s working life. The long, tapered nose is suited for reaching into tight spaces and holding small components.

Comfort and safety: the oversized ergonomic handle is made from a soft, slip-resistant material to improve grip and reduce hand strain during prolonged tasks. The materials and coatings are treated to resist rust and corrosion, and the product is tested for heavy metals and chemicals with total content of three o-phenols below 1000 ppm.

Typical uses: ideal for gripping, bending and manipulating wires, removing nails or staples, reaching confined areas in automotive and electrical work, and cutting soft-to-medium gauge wire. Not recommended for ultra-fine needlework or tasks requiring ultra-delicate tips.
