Custom Pro Cornhole Boards — 3/4 inch Baltic Birch, No-Bounce Regulation Set
Product description
Superior construction: Each board is crafted from 3/4 inch Baltic birch plywood for a smooth, stable playing surface. The frame uses triple-stacked 3 inch legs and a 6 inch leg support brace for rigidity. Edges and corners are rounded and the top is sanded smooth. Two cross support beams, leg-locking hardware and over fifty fasteners create a solid, no-bounce platform.
Handmade in the USA: Every cornhole board is cut, assembled and finished by hand at our U.S. workshop. Production includes careful assembly and inspection, and U.S.-based customer support is available for questions about your order.
UV direct printed custom artwork: Custom graphics, photos, logos or team designs are printed directly onto the board surface using a UV direct-print process. The result is high-resolution, vivid art with a smooth finish. Multiple clear coats — five layers total — protect the print so it won’t peel or interfere with play.
Regulation play features: These are built to regulation-style dimensions with a precise 6 inch hole and a heavy build (each board weighs roughly 27 pounds) to minimize bounce and shifting during play. The finish and sanded edges allow consistent bag slide and predictable throws. Legs fold under the board for compact storage and transport.
What's included: Two pro cornhole boards, eight cornhole bags (standard color pair), two score clips, one score tower, one drawstring bag for storage, and customer service support. The boards include handles for carrying and are ready for play right out of the box.

Quality product and helpful seller
Delivery timing was a problem, but the boards themselves are well made with vibrant colors. The seller helped resolve the shipping and I’d buy from them again.

Chipping and moisture issues after storage
After about a month in my garage the finish started to chip and I noticed moisture damage. Replacement was expensive and the exchange process was difficult. I won’t purchase again due to durability and warranty hassles.

Solid build and stunning custom print
I was hesitant because no design proof was sent, but the finished boards were excellent. My photo printed crisply and the clear finish looks great. The set includes standard blue and red bags that seem weather-resistant. I ordered matching bags separately. Score tower and storage bag are useful extras.

Great for graduation celebration
Made these for my son’s graduation party. Boards were solid and the image came out great — they even adjusted the photo to work around the hole. Better than expected.
