Wolistsa 1" Wrap-Around Adjustable Curtain Rod — 36–120 in, Black
Product description
100% metal curtain rod with aluminum-alloy bracket
This wrap-around rod is made entirely from metal components; the mounting bracket and decorative end caps use aluminum alloy for durability and a refined look.
Designed to improve darkness and energy control
The curved, return-style profile hugs the window opening so drapery panels sit close to the frame, minimizing side gaps and helping keep out light and drafts. It's intended for people who need room-darkening performance—ideal for bedrooms, shift workers, home theaters, or any space where reduced light and better thermal retention matter.
Heavy-duty construction built for longevity
The main rod is carbon steel (around 0.5% carbon) with a full 1-inch diameter and approximately 0.8mm wall thickness. Two premium aluminum-alloy end pieces finish the assembly. This beefier specification supports up to about 45 lbs, outperforming many thinner 5/8" rods on the market.
Adjustable, spliced sections to fit a wide range of openings
A telescoping plus splicing system lets you tailor the length: the set includes six fixed tube sections with two adjustable pieces pre-installed inside for smooth length changes. Remove or add sections as needed so the rod remains straight and resists sagging across wider spans.
Dimensions and package contents
The rod extends from 36 to 120 inches (3–10 ft) and is sized to fit windows roughly 30–116 inches wide. The box supplies six fixed sections with two adjustable rods pre-installed, two finials, one mounting bracket, seven wall anchors and seven screws.
Versatile use and curtain compatibility
Its minimalist, classic profile suits many décor styles—farmhouse, modern, traditional—and works inside or on covered patios. The smooth, threaded internal connections let grommet, back-tab, rod-pocket and tab-top panels glide easily, including blackout and sheer fabrics.
Simple installation and recommended placement
All required hardware and clear instructions are included for a straightforward setup. For best coverage and aesthetic balance, select a rod that projects 4–12 inches past the window frame on each side.
Pros
- Solid metal build and strong weight capacity
- Wrap-around design reduces side light leakage
- Flexible length with telescoping and spliced sections
Cons
- Section connections may be visible with single panels
- Some finish or screw colors may not match perfectly
- Only one main mounting bracket included in pack
VerdictA robust, ceiling- or wall-mounted wrap-around rod that keeps curtains snug to the window for superior light control and insulation. Sturdy materials and a sectional, telescoping system make it versatile for many window and door openings. Good for bedrooms, media rooms, patios and heavy drapes.

Effective light-blocking and well-made
The wrap-around shape pulls curtains closer to the glass and noticeably reduces side light. Metal construction feels durable and installation was quick.

Beautiful finish but section joints are visible
The antique bronze color is lovely and the brackets have a vintage-meets-modern look. However, sectional joins use rubber connectors that show, which is an issue with a single panel or if using rings. Screws are a lighter metal tone than the rod.

Keeps light out and retains warmth
Arrived in multiple pieces which made it easy to fit. Rod is 1" diameter steel with 0.8mm wall thickness and feels solid. Installation was straightforward with the provided screws and anchors; a small level would have been handy.
