Sellemer Silicone Toilet Brush — Ventilated Holder, Flat Head (1 Pack)
Product description
What you get: one silicone-head toilet brush and a matching holder in a compact single-pack format, intended for standard household toilet bowls and small bathrooms.
Brush head and bristles: the head is a flat, flexible silicone pad that can be bent upward to access and clean under the rim and along the bowl edge. The bristles are larger, more substantial silicone strands rather than fine plastic filaments; they’re designed to be non-scratch and to resist trapping hair and debris, so most clogs of foreign matter rinse away cleanly.
Holder and drainage: the base/holder features internal venting and a drip channel so liquid drains off the brush and doesn’t collect in the bottom of the cup. That ventilation reduces standing water and improves air-drying between uses.
Handle and build: the handle is engineered as a sealed, rust-resistant piece that prevents water from entering and corroding the interior. The brush and holder are compact in footprint for discreet storage and can be placed in a cabinet or beside the bowl without taking much room.
Versatile use: while optimized for toilet bowls, the silicone brush also works on sinks, washbasins and bathtubs. Silicone’s higher friction compared with some traditional bristles helps shift grime with less scrubbing force, making routine cleaning quicker and less effortful.
Pros
- Flexible flat head reaches under the rim
- Ventilated drip-slot holder to avoid standing water
- Silicone bristles resist hair tangles and prevent scratching
Cons
- Silicone bristles can feel too soft for very stubborn stains
- Smaller footprint may be less stable than larger holders
- Flat head shape differs from traditional round brushes
VerdictThis compact silicone toilet brush set is a practical, low-maintenance alternative to traditional bristle brushes. The flattened, flexible head is designed to slip under the rim and along edges, while the vented holder drains away excess water. Its silicone bristles reduce hair snagging and minimize surface abrasion, and the handle is built to prevent water ingress and rust. Ideal for light daily

Feels more hygienic than traditional brushes
Silicone is non-porous so water runs off and grime doesn’t lodge in the bristles. Use a proper bowl cleaner for best results — the silicone spreads cleaner well and won’t retain residue.

Good concept, needs finishing touch
I like the idea and the reduced mess, but it doesn’t scrub as strongly as a traditional brush. I often finish with my old brush to remove stubborn spots.

Works well for the price
Simple and affordable — does exactly what I needed. Compact enough to tuck in a cabinet when guests visit and the silicone head cleans the bowl effectively.

Clean aesthetic and discreet storage. Drains well and air-dries without puddling — I appreciate the understated look and functionality.

Well packed and effective
Arrived in excellent packaging with pictorial instructions. The brush does the job and makes the chore quicker; I’ll look for other products from the brand.

Too gentle for tough stains
Nice looking and hygienic holder, but the silicone bristles bend too easily for heavy buildup. It’s fine for light daily cleaning but struggles with deeper stains and takes extra effort.

Solid brush
Good brush overall — cleans well and is easy to rinse.

Functional but odd shape
Completes basic cleaning, but the spatula-like head isn’t a perfect fit for the bowl. It’s fine, just a different shape than expected.

Gets the job done
Performs adequately for routine cleaning, though the construction feels a bit lightweight.

Works, but struggles with the waterline ring
Effective for general grime and more hygienic than many brushes. However, the stubborn ring at the waterline required my old brush or stronger cleaners to remove; with a heavy-duty cleaner it improved.

Switched to this and now prefer it
After a few months I’ve grown to love it. The flat shape takes some getting used to, but it reaches spots a round brush won’t and cleans extremely well. It’s sanitary and replaced my old round brush entirely.

Side-by-side comparison with two others
Tried this alongside two other brands. Sellemer’s flat profile is sleek and slim, Lefree was compact too, and one competitor had extra tools. Bases and sizes are similar; Sellemer drains well and looks tidy next to a mug for scale.
