Navy Waterproof Fabric Shower Curtain Liner — 72 x 72, Machine-Washable
Product description
Material and construction: Made from 100% polyester with a specialized waterproof coating, this navy shower curtain liner combines a soft hand with complete water resistance. The fabric is tightly woven to prevent water penetration while still feeling cloth-like against your skin.
Hardware and size: The liner measures 72 x 72 inches, a standard square size that fits most showers and bathtubs. It includes a reinforced header and rustproof metal grommets for hanging on hooks or rings. Three magnets are sewn into the bottom hem to add weight and help the liner cling to metal tubs or resist billowing.
Care and safety: The liner is PVC- and BPA-free and described as odorless, avoiding the plastic smell typical of PEVA or EVA products. It repels water, dries rapidly after use, and can be tossed in the washing machine to refresh the fabric for repeated use.
Usage notes: Lightweight and designed to drape nicely, this cloth liner works well either on its own or as an inner liner behind a decorative curtain. The magnet-weighted hem helps keep splashes inside the tub and reduces movement from drafts.
Pros
- Soft, hotel-style fabric that’s fully waterproof
- Machine-washable and quick-drying
- Bottom magnets help prevent billowing
Cons
- May collect rust stains in areas with iron-heavy water
- Magnets are modest in size for stronger hold
- Lightweight material can require occasional replacement
VerdictThis navy fabric liner delivers the look and feel of a cloth curtain with full waterproof performance. Reinforced top panels and metal grommets make hanging simple, while the weighted hem (three embedded magnets) helps the liner stay put. The tightly woven polyester resists soaking, dries fast and is machine washable, so it’s reusable and low-maintenance. It’s a good option if you want to replace

Lightweight and durable
Exactly what I wanted — doesn’t cling and seems long-lasting.

Much better than plastic
Looks attractive and works reliably. Very pleased with the purchase.

Practical and lightweight
Exactly as described. It stays fairly stain-free for months, then needs a cleaning. Light enough not to obstruct light, and it fits correctly. For how affordable it is, I replace it periodically.

Excellent liner
Keeps cleaner longer because water beads off. Holds up well in the wash without wrinkling. Opaque enough for privacy and the texture complements my tub nicely. I recommend it.

Why I switched to fabric
I hesitated but now prefer this to plastic liners. It looks and feels more upscale, cleans in the washer, and hasn’t become dingy. The fabric is substantial and the larger sizes cover taller setups well.

Lovely fabric liner
This curtain feels elegant and hangs smoothly — it isn’t clingy like plastic. The small magnets at the hem help it rest against our old metal tub. It dries quickly and resists mildew. Only downside: years of rusty water can stain the bottom and are hard to remove, but it’s easy enough to replace when needed.

Repeat buyer
This is my third purchase. We get some rust from hard water and change liners often. The grommets are sturdy and the fabric washes well in a top-loader. I’ll keep buying these.

Measure before ordering
I bought the wrong size at first because I didn’t measure. After swapping for the correct size, it worked great. Beads water effectively and machine-washes easily. I wish the magnets were slightly bigger for a firmer hold.

Magnets can stick open
The weights in the hem are magnets, so if they meet they can hold the curtain open instead of closing it.

Great quality and value
Excellent fabric and generous length, though it ships without hanging clips.

Color run issue
I set these up within a month of purchase and the dark dye began to bleed, staining the tub. I’m requesting a refund.
