   Charming and well sized

   Putting this together was a delight — it looks adorable when finished. The finished model is a good display size, assembly was enjoyable with clear pictorial instructions, and the overall quality feels long-lasting.

   This set exceeded expectations for the piece count and included LEDs. There are no replacement extras for the tiniest parts, so keep that in mind, but the manufacturer can be contacted for missing items.

   Lovely addition to my house collection

   I wanted variety without the higher cost of branded kits. My grandson built most of it and had fun. The instructions were straightforward, bags were labeled, and no parts were missing. Large build but excellent overall value.

   Owen’s house — worth it

   Every bit of effort pays off; the finished house looks fantastic and the included lights add the perfect atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

   Great build, minor light issues

   Lovely set with clear packaging and instructions. Two LED strands arrived faulty and the wires are tiny, so I may replace them, but assembly was otherwise very enjoyable.

   Mostly fun but missing pieces

   Build was easy and pieces lock together well, and the kit works with common brick systems. Unfortunately several parts were missing. We finished only by using spare pieces from other projects.

   Feels like a classic movie house

   Extremely impressed. Maybe one small decorative leaf was missing, but customer service responded quickly. Bags are numbered and the larger pieces come in a separate bag. Roof fit perfectly and the lighting really highlights the interior.

   One of my best off-brand builds

   I've assembled hundreds of brick models, both official and third-party. This kit stands out: every piece arrived, bags were numbered, and the parts are standard brick size. The structure is solid, pieces fit cleanly, and the paper manual is as clear as higher-end sets.

    Build stalled by missing parts

    I enjoyed assembling the first two stories, but I can't finish because parts are missing. Please advise on how to get replacements.

    Excellent set overall

    I bought this after seeing photos in a fan group. It’s a beautiful build and comes with lights, though I accidentally damaged mine. Even without working LEDs the model looks stunning and was well worth the wait.

    Incomplete due to missing finial

    The ornamental finial that tops the spire was not included; it’s a small black cross-shaped piece, and a few other parts were substituted.

    So pleased with this set

    Assembly instructions are in English and very clear. Great value and a joy to build — I savored the process and didn’t want it to end. Highly recommended.
