Product description
Overview: This kit includes a 48-foot strand of smart RGBIC LED bulbs with 15 removable, dimmable bulbs mounted in shatterproof plastic housings and a dedicated power adapter. The bulbs are lightweight plastic designed to resist drops and knocks while keeping the wiring flexible for hanging.
Lighting and colors: Each bulb supports RGBIC control plus cold and warm white, letting you access 16 million colors and mix warm/cool whites for different moods. The system supports per-bulb customization so individual LEDs can show different hues simultaneously.
Modes and control: There are 47 built-in scene modes accessed through the companion phone app. A DIY mode in the app lets you program individual bulbs, build custom patterns and save scenes. The lights can also respond to music via your phone’s microphone so colors change in time with audio.
Weather and limitations: The string itself carries an IP65 rating for outdoor exposure and the bulb housings are shatterproof plastic; however, the included power adapter is not water-resistant and should be kept sheltered. Control is through Bluetooth pairing with the app, so range and total connected length may be limited depending on layout.
Usage notes: Install the strand where the adapter can be protected from moisture. Use the app to adjust brightness, set timers, pick scenes or design custom color sequences. For multi-strand layouts, check wireless/connection limits and plan runs so Bluetooth connectivity remains reliable.

Durable and long-lasting for seasonal use
Used yearly for holiday displays for three seasons, stored and redeployed each fall. They’ve survived rain, heat and salty air without failure. More costly than some options, but reliability has justified it so far.

Important setup and length limits to know
I planned multiple runs around my pool and discovered restrictions not obvious at purchase. The system seems to impose an overall length/strand limit (documentation doesn’t make this clear) and one "98 ft" listing I bought was actually two linked strands, complicating my layout. If you need a long continuous run, check exact strand/connection rules first.

Good lights but Bluetooth only — customer service helped
UPDATE: Manufacturer contacted me and resolved my concern; their support was excellent. ORIGINAL: The bulbs look great and colors are vivid, but these are Bluetooth-only, which restricts some app features and autorun. If you need Wi-Fi or cloud control, these won’t provide it.

Bright lights with rich color options and good app control, but note these are Bluetooth-only. I expected Google integration from product images and was disappointed to learn they don’t support Wi‑Fi or voice assistants unless you choose a different model.

Lightweight, good quality, lots of scenes
Arrived early and installed on my deck easily. Bulbs are light, stayed dry after a heavy rain, and the app synced with my existing Govee account. Timer takes two entries (on and off) to schedule properly—small quirk but overall satisfied.

Half the strand failed initially, but replacement fixed it
Only half the string lit when I first used them — each segment worked separately but not linked. Support offered a refund/replacement beyond the return window and the replacement performs perfectly. I appreciate a company that stands behind its product.

Fantastic colors and presets
Great fit for beneath my gazebo. The preset modes are fun and the DIY option lets me build custom looks. Setup via the phone was straightforward and the results are eye-catching.

Very pleased so far
These outdoor string lights are bright, vibrant and the app gives lots of customization. They’ve made my patio much more inviting. Setup took a couple of tries to pair via Bluetooth—keeping the phone close helped—but once connected the app controls, timers and music sync worked smoothly. Overall well-made and fun for gatherings.
