DOBOGA Concealed 90° Surface-Mount Cabinet Hinges — 4-Pack
Product description
Fits frameless cabinets only and is not intended for face-frame doors. These hinges support three common installation methods — full overlay, half overlay and inset — so they suit a variety of cabinet layouts and flip-down panels.
Manufactured from cold-rolled steel with a nickel finish, the hinges resist rust and wear for long-term use in household or mobile environments. Each hinge is designed as a concealed, surface-mount unit that tucks out of sight when the door is closed.
Operation is driven by a metal spring module that provides enough tension to pull a door closed and hold it at a 90° stop. This set does not include a soft-close damper; it relies on spring tension for closing force. Designed for doors 0.6 to 1 inch thick, they mount without special routing — simply mark the screw locations and fasten to the door and carcass.
The package contains four hinges and 32 stainless steel screws (M4 × 0.63 inch) so you have the hardware needed for typical installations. For best results some installers prefer pan-head screws instead of the supplied fasteners.
Pros
- Sturdy cold-rolled steel construction with nickel finish
- Supports full overlay, half overlay and inset installation
- Includes four hinges and 32 stainless M4 × 0.63 in screws
Cons
- Not a soft-close hinge — spring-actuated only
- Made for frameless cabinets; not suitable for face-frame doors
- Supplied screws may not be ideal; pan-head screws often preferred
VerdictSolid, corrosion-resistant concealed hinges that work well for frameless cabinetry and special flip-down panels. They provide a firm 90° self-closing action (not soft-close), come with fasteners, and support multiple mounting styles, though installation can require patience and different screws for a neater finish.

Very robust hinge
Holds my RV cabinet door open and closed reliably. Very solid build — highly recommend.

High quality for marine woodworking
Used these as vertical hinges on a small galley box for my sailboat. The spring is strong and holds the door tight when closed and supports weight when open. Good fit and well made; many hobbyists will find uses for them.

Tested on scrap — easy to set up
Haven’t mounted them permanently yet but tried them on scrap wood. Installation was easy and the mounting option instructions were simple to follow.

Solid value and performed as expected
Worked perfectly on my cabinet doors. Good value. I added small bumpers to soften the close. They fit well and were straightforward to install when following the instructions closely.

Perfect fit after a few tries
This was my third attempt to find the right hidden hinge for a fold-down panel with drawers above and below. These finally worked and the included instructions were clear and helpful.

Disappointing quality in my batch
Only two of the eight hinges I received were usable. The others were in worse condition than the ones they were replacing.

They do the job
Average hinges. They are not soft-close at all. I like that they can be installed without drilling, making setup pretty easy.

Use the diagram first
We’re making a flip-down front for shelves. The panel needed to be inset and flush when open. No printed directions, so we relied on the product graphic to orient parts and used the slotted holes to fine-tune position. Replaced supplied bugle-head screws with pan-head screws for the final install.

Sturdy hinges but installation has a learning curve
No printed guide in the package — check the product photos and try them on scrap wood first. They do move but need leverage to bend when unattached. Supplied screws aren’t optimal. These are hidden hinges for special clearances, not generic replacements.
