Adjustable Ankle Weights — Removable Sandbag Leg Weights (Pair)
Product description
ADJUSTABLE WEIGHT SYSTEM: Each ankle cuff contains five removable sandbags; each bag weighs about 1 lb. That means each cuff can be set from 1 to 5 lb, and the pair can be adjusted from 2 to 10 lb by adding or removing the inserts.
CONSTRUCTION & COMFORT: The cuffs are covered in neoprene on the outside with reinforced stitching and a durable outer trim. Inside is a moisture-wicking lining for added comfort and to help reduce chafing. The padding is soft yet supportive so the cuffs feel cushioned against the skin.
SECURE FASTENING: A sturdy metal D-ring is built into the strap system to hold the Velcro closure firmly in place and reduce slipping during activity. The D-ring design is intended to withstand pulls and keep the cuff positioned around the ankle.
STRAP LENGTH & FIT: Each cuff includes an extended Velcro strap of roughly 12.5 inches, allowing the set to fit ankle circumferences from about 7.5 to 12.5 inches. The long strap helps provide a snug, adjustable fit for a wide range of users.
HOW TO USE: Add or remove the individual sandbags to change resistance for walking, jogging, aerobics, core work, leg lifts, physical therapy and general strength training. The modular design makes it simple to progress weight in 1 lb increments as fitness or rehab needs change.
Pros
- Adjustable in 1 lb increments (1–5 lb per cuff)
- Soft neoprene padding with moisture-wicking lining
- Sturdy D-ring and long Velcro strap for a secure fit
Cons
- Feels bulky when fully loaded
- May require readjusting during intense movement
- Durability can be an issue with heavy long-term use
VerdictA flexible and comfortable option for adding resistance to walks, cardio and rehab exercises. The sandbag system lets you progress gradually from light to heavier loads, while neoprene padding and a metal D-ring keep the cuffs secure and comfortable. Expect some bulk when fully loaded and occasional readjusting during dynamic movement, and note that heavy long-term use may affect longevity. Overal

Tore after months of use
Liked the adjustable design, but after six months a tear developed and the fill leaked. Had to throw them out—expected better durability.

Adjustable and comfortable for many routines
I like being able to change resistance rather than using a fixed weight. The neoprene feels soft and straps secure well. They add bulk at heavier settings, but materials and stitching have held up so far.

Solid construction, slightly bulky
Comfortable to wear and well built. The sandbags are a bit fiddly to tuck in, which prevents them from slipping out. A little bulky compared with slim models, but adjustable weight makes it worthwhile.

Good starter set with minor fit issues
My first ankle weights — easy to take on and off and adjustable. They sometimes shift and need tightening; wearing shoes helps. Overall I’m keeping them.
