4-Pack 4 ft Bungee Dock Lines with 316 Stainless Clips — Elastic Marine Mooring
Product description
Ready-to-use Pack: This kit contains four identical bungee dock lines. Each comes with a 316 stainless steel spring clip on one end and a reinforced loop on the other, plus foam floats along the line so you don’t lose them overboard.
Shock-absorbing Construction: A thick elastic core serves as a snubber to cushion wave action and light wakes, helping to reduce strain on hull fittings during short-term stops. Protective end collars minimize chafe where the fittings and rope meet.
Durable Hardware & Materials: Clips are made of marine-grade 316 stainless steel for corrosion resistance. The elastic core is sleeved in an open-weave mesh that promotes quick drying and limits abrasion. High-visibility color options aid locating lines in low light.
Specifications & Use: Each line measures about 4 feet at rest and stretches to roughly 5.5 feet under load. Rated tensile strength is approximately 2,200 lbs per line. Ideal for clipping to boat or dock cleats for fueling, beaching, raft-ups, or tying off PWCs, kayaks, jet skis, pontoons and light craft in calm conditions.
Care & Storage: Compact enough for PWC lockers and small boat cubbies, four lines take up little space. Rinse with fresh water after use in saltwater and inspect regularly, especially after heavy loads. Not intended to replace primary mooring lines for large vessels or storm conditions.
Pros
- Quick-clip stainless hardware for fast mooring
- Elastic snubber reduces hull stress on calm stops
- Compact 4-pack stores easily in small lockers
Cons
- Not suitable as sole mooring in rough weather
- Short unstretched length may require alternative attachment
- Fabric sleeve can wear if rubbed on sharp edges
VerdictHandy, low-maintenance mooring lines intended for casual stops and rafting. The set includes four compact elastic lines with corrosion-resistant 316 stainless clips and foam floats; they absorb light bumps and keep craft close to docks or one another. Best suited to calm-water use with PWCs and small boats; for heavy vessels or rough weather, conventional mooring gear should remain primary. Good v

Sturdy for trailer loading
Well made and perfect for keeping the boat secured while I back the trailer in to load. Very satisfied with this product.

Long-lasting and practical
They held up well for about two years even in sun. Cloth-wrapped bungees failed sooner. The loop and solid SS snap are exactly what we needed.

Essential for quick docking
Really helpful when tying up. Durable construction and the stretch makes hooking on simple. I keep a set on board and use them at different docks.

Works if rigged differently
Too short to go cleat-to-cleat on my dock, but feeding it through the dock cleat and back to the boat works great. I’ve used them that way since purchase.
