Fast preheat and reliable temperature: the gun reaches working temperature in approximately 90 seconds and maintains about 170°C ± 10°C for consistent bonding. In colder rooms, allow an extra 30–60 seconds for warming up. The steady heat helps form strong joints across common materials.

Worked once, then failed
Out of the box it felt sturdy and comfortable and worked on the first use. After recharging it would not power up again; the charging indicator stayed red despite hours on the charger. No glue sticks included with mine. I returned it.

Initially alarming but replaced and works well
When I first plugged it in there was a loud pop and a flame, and I couldn't test it in the return window. I contacted the seller and they promptly sent a replacement. The new unit reaches temperature in minutes, dispenses cleanly and stops when you release the trigger. It includes instruction manual, a silicone-insert stand and a bag of glue sticks. Overall I'm satisfied and recommend it.
