Customizable cooling comfort
I overheat in bed and this kept me cooler through most of the night. You can remove or add fill to change thickness, so it’s easy to personalize. Cooling and adjustable—two things I wanted.

Strong odor; flattened fast
Pros: it's soft and stays cool. Cons: right out of the package there was a strong chemical smell that needed about two weeks to fade. It also lost loft after roughly 5–10 uses and hasn't re-fluffed, so I no longer get the support I expected. Pretty disappointing overall.

Nice to hold — pleasantly cool
I love cuddling this; the cover is smooth and cool to the touch. It took two to three days to fully expand, but now it's plump with memory foam. I'm not using an extra case because the pillow's fabric feels great. Five stars for comfort — worth the purchase in my book.

Noticeably cool and stabilizing
I'm 5' and 100 lbs and I sleep hot. The surface feels cool and the pillow is soft yet gives enough structure to keep my spine aligned. I've slept much better since getting it and even haven't had hot flashes this past week. Great balance of plush and support—had to share how pleased I am.

Puffed up quickly and comfy
I switched from using a king pillow as a body support and noticed less lower-back cramping after the first night. My son even fell asleep hugging it. It was vacuum-packed but inflated quickly with some fluffing and I didn't notice any strong off-gassing. Feels cool and so far performs well.

Spacious and supportive
It arrived compressed in vacuum packaging; I unrolled it and let it expand. The pillow is dense and keeps its shape, stays comfortable through the night, and helps with my back, neck and joint pain. I'm tall and nonbinary with a larger chest, and it's wide enough to support without being awkward. Highly recommend.
