    Perfect for TV nights

    Update: The seller contacted me and sent a replacement for a less plump unit; their customer service was friendly and fast. Originally the pillows arrived vacuum sealed and a bit flat, but a dryer cycle helped. They look attractive on my rug and are comfortable—I'd like them a bit firmer, and one color was slightly lighter than pictured, but overall I'm pleased.

    After posting my first review the seller reached out and sent replacements at no cost. They suggested a short dryer cycle to revive the loft; I tried about 12 minutes on low and the cushions became noticeably firmer and fluffier. The seat is now comfortable and warm to sit on. The seller didn’t pressure me to remove my earlier comments and handled the issue professionally, which changed my view completely.
